The Federal High Court, Abuja, was yesterday told that the Director of Radio Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, was sponsoring terrorism against Nigeria.
to the Department of State Services, DSS, Moses Idakwo, who made this
claim, urged the court to disregard a bail application by Kanu’s
counsel, Vincent Obeta, because his case has to do with terrorism.
POST recalls that Kanu had been in the custody of the DSS since his
arrest in October for allegedly sponsoring agitations for the
actualisation of the sovereign state of Biafra.
